Subject to the Tariff/Terms and Conditions of Service, UPS guarantees on-schedule delivery of packages, shipped via UPS's services, that are listed as guaranteed, or will refund your transportation charges. Guaranteed Service is not available in all areas and does not apply to shipments containing a package with an Additional Handling or Large Package surcharge. Scheduled business days and delivery schedules are revised occasionally due to changes in distribution and volume, especially during holiday periods. Service to some remote areas also may require additional delivery days. The most up-to-date transit time details will be available at ups.com/ctc at the time of shipping. Certain commodities and high value shipments may require additional transit time for customs clearance.

Please Note: Packages picked up from a residence may have one additional transit day. For faster returns please drop off at a staffed FedEx location.

Here at Freshpalmleaves.com We ship Nationwide using UPSFedEx, and USPS. All our orders are processed for shipping within the first 24-36 hours EST, all our Customers have the option to request delivery dates, Rates will vary depending on the shipping service or carrier you choose. We allow the proper timing to guarantee on-time delivery on our end. It is no longer our responsibility once the package has left our warehouse marked down for delivery with the proper timing and the carrier can't deliver on-time due to weather or any other inconvenience they may have been experiencing, especially during Holiday rush may occur during the season.

Please note that some over sized products may not be available for shipping and the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page under the product description. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Most of our products are Handmade and perishable items that are made as per ordered and specification of the order and all sales are final. If merchandise is received moldy or damaged as a result of our poor craftsmanship or storage, we will refund 100% Value or replace the damaged products Note value of the purchase excluding shipping charges. The customer must contact Freshpalmleaves.com upon arrival of damaged goods in order to make a valid claim. Most of our products must be stored in a cool place! Refrigeration is recommended for maximum life expectancy.

You should expect to receive your refund within 5-7 days of giving your package to the return shipper. However, in many cases you will typically receive a full refund excluding shipping charges in less time then the one mention. This time period includes the transit time if merchandise is not discarded, and also turn around time on processing refund thank you for your business with us.

Cancellations:

Here at Freshpalmleaves.com we process your order for production within 24 hrs of your purchase. If you cancel within the first 24 Hour period, we will refund 100% including shipping & Handling of the package. Cancellations after the 24 Hour period, customers will be charged a re-stocking fee of 15% of total value
